Tune in for a detailed discussion about the importance of participating in the IFMA Energy Challenge: ENERGY STAR&#174;. This initiative was implemented by IFMA&#8217;s sustainability committee with the challenge being twofold: first, enter data into the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency&#8217;s Portfolio Manager and share this data with the IFMA Master Account; and second, implement an ongoing program of energy management&#8212;starting with 15 percent energy savings as the goal.</description>
